Room rates are as follows:
Biarritz Room – $150/night (tax included)
Comet Room – $150/night (tax included)
Premier Room – $175/night (tax included)
- Special weekly and monthly rates are also available. Contact us for details.
- Daily rates include lodging, full gourmet breakfast, gated parking and use of all amenities.
- Rates are for single or double occupancy (maximum two adults).
- Kids 14 and over are welcome and are free when using a roll-away. Sorry we cannot accommodate guests under 14.
- Extra room without a private bath (Special Edition) is available for special needs at $75/night.
- Payment by VISA, MC, Discover, American Express are accepted.
- Personal checks must first clear to qualify.
- Minimum consecutive night stay required on all weekends, holidays, and special events (Academy Awards, Grammys, etc). Last minute single night stays subject to space availability.
- Check in time is 3pm; check out time is 11 am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted in special areas around the pool.
- Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Local pet hotels are available nearby.
- Free amenities include pool, hot tub, screening room, ironing board and iron, gated parking.
- Please advise us of any special needs you may have, we will do our best to accommodate.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To secure a reservation we require a one night’s deposit with a valid credit card. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt.
- We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Cards accepted: VISA, MC, Discover, AmEx.
- Personal check, for deposit only in the amount of one night's stay, must first clear to qualify.
